Position Description:

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Real Estate Agents to join our team. Whether you are a new agent or a seasoned one, our Virtual Brokerage is looking forward to working with you.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

You should have excellent interpersonal skills, a deep knowledge of the local real estate market, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on local real estate trends.
• Provide clients with guidance and advice on property values, market conditions, and financing options.
• Create and maintain property listings.
• Negotiate and draft real estate contracts.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, other real estate professionals, and industry partners.
• Stay current on legal and regulatory changes in the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

• Valid Real Estate License in Georgia.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal documentation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in real estate software and online marketing tools.
